Terms of service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Who we are

BUNEXA is a point of sale and business management service provided by Devlan Solutions Ltd, Nairobi, Kenya ("Devlan", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business ("you").

2. The service and your account

You may use BUNEXA to run your business, record sales, manage stock and staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping sign-in details secret, and for the actions of staff you give access to. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Free trial and plans

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial without a card. When the trial ends you may choose a paid plan. Prices are shown in Kenya shillings on our pricing page and may change with notice. Online payments run through your own Safaricom Daraja or Pesapal merchant account; those providers charge their own fees and their terms apply to the money they handle.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use BUNEXA unlawfully, to attack or overload the service, to access another business's data, or to store content you have no right to hold. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk.

5. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can ask us to export or delete your data when you leave, subject to records we must keep by law.

6. Availability and backups

We work to keep BUNEXA available and take regular backups, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of records you cannot afford to lose.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, BUNEXA is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using BUNEXA at any time. We may end or suspend service for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
